Aaron L. Moyse
Aaron L. Moyse exclusively practices immigration law. Representing clients in all facets of immigration law, including family, citizenship, deportation, asylum, and employment.
Mr. Moyse started working in immigration law during law school as a law clerk. Since graduating from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University, where he received a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and a Bachelors in Civil Law (B.C.L.), Mr. Moyse has continued to practice immigration law.
In addition to graduating from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University, Mr. Moyse studied at the Universite Jean Moulin III in Lyon, France, and frequently participates in free legal forums in and around the Houston area.
Mr. Moyse is licensed to practice immigration law throughout the United States and state courts in Louisiana.
David H. Moyse (Of Counsel)
David H. Moyse practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation and domestic affairs, representing clients in personal injury and medical malpractice cases, as well as divorce and custody disputes. He also actively defends clients in court for criminal matters.
Mr. Moyse is licensed to practice in Maryland and is a member of the Maryland Association for Justice, Montgomery County Bar Association, Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association and Maryland State Bar Association.
Mr. Moyse received his J.D. from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where he was an Archbishop Fellowship Scholar and graduated cum laude. While in law school, he served as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Contemporary Health Law & Policy, publishing a comment of changes to Medicare funding in 2006. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from the American University in Washington, D.C.
